By far this currently is our greatest market. For obvious reasons, it is much more challenging than commercial work. In Cayman, property values are very strong. It costs a great deal to build on an island when compared with the mainland.
We punch-list ourselves. It is rare to ever have more than a handful of items on a client’s punch list on a 6-8 month project and usually those are known items that we simply haven’t reached yet.
